It seemed to take forever to get a significant crop from our sour cherry trees, but when they finally started producing fruit, it was a bumper, and so worth the wait! This moroccan-spiced preserve was the first we created from the crop, and it quickly became one of our number-one sellers. Now we’re back to wishing for more fruit.
